There will be a staged re-opening at our new Hastings location. The Business Hub shared office space will be operational from Wednesday 1 February. The Hub’s public facing operations including meeting room bookings will open at a later stage once the construction of our rooms and facilities has been completed. We are aiming to reopen in June and will provide further updates once we have the timeline for the fit out. ​​​​​​​

You can make a future Room Booking

If you are planning ahead, we are happy to take your room bookings for July 2023 onwards.

Our facilities are scheduled to be open in June and you will be kept up to date on how this is tracking.

How to make a Room Booking​​​​​​​

We are only taking room bookings by email or phone. Click here to email Jo or phone 06 650 1711.

All booking requests will be confirmed by return email and calendar invite. Room rates and information for our new venue are currently being worked on and will be published here shortly.

What room sizes will be available​​​​​​​

Our meeting rooms range from two or three people to 80 theatre style in our new conference room and you will have a choice of six different meeting rooms, these include a boardroom, training room and interview room.
